Jim has over 25 years of building experience, constructing a wide variety of projects from custom log cabins to luxury multi-million-dollar properties. Jim has a background in business development and personnel management. Jim is detail-orientated in his approach which means he can ensure strict quality control standards for both Roderick Builders and their sub-contractors. His experience means that he can guarantee quality construction onsite on a daily basis, and keeps jobs running to schedule. Jim’s responsibilities include quality control, daily site visits and safety management. His reactive and proactive approach to everyday requirements, keeps projects built on time and to each clients’ unique specifications.
