How We Build
Built to Push
The Standard.
Building a luxury custom home should be the greatest experience of your life — not the most stressful. Our process is designed to protect your vision from day one through move-in day.
Every project starts the same way — a forty-five-minute Vision Meeting. That is Step One of The Discovery. And if you are still years from a shovel, the road is mapped: Where to Start.
The Design-Build Advantage
One Team.
One Vision.
The traditional design-bid-build model is broken. You design a home with your architect, then send it out to builders for bids. The lowest bidder wins — and immediately starts figuring out what to cut.
Our design-build approach eliminates that cycle. Your architect and builder collaborate from day one. The result? Better designs, realistic budgets, fewer change orders, and a home that matches your vision — not a watered-down version of it.

Common Questions
Before You
Reach Out.
How much does it cost to build a custom home in Park City?
Luxury custom homes in Park City typically range from $500–$1,000+ per square foot, depending on location, complexity, and finish level. A 5,000 SF home in Promontory might start around $3.5M, while a ski-in/ski-out estate in Deer Valley could reach $8M+ or more. We provide detailed budget modeling during the Discovery phase — before you commit to anything.
How long does a custom home build take?
Most luxury custom homes take 14–18 months from groundbreaking to move-in. Add 3–4 months for design development and permitting. Total timeline from first conversation to keys: approximately 18–24 months. We set realistic expectations upfront and track against them weekly.
What's the difference between design-build and traditional construction?
In traditional construction, you design with an architect, then bid the project to builders. The lowest bidder wins and starts cutting costs. In design-build, your architect and builder work together from day one. This eliminates miscommunication, reduces change orders, and typically saves 15–20% on total project cost.
Can you build my home if I live out of state?
Absolutely. Many of our clients build in Park City from LA, NYC, San Francisco, and Chicago. We've perfected the remote build process: weekly video walkthroughs, daily photo documentation via our owner's portal, and direct access to Trapper or Travis at any time.
Which communities are you approved to build in?
We're approved builders in Deer Valley, Promontory Club, The Colony, Benloch Ranch, SkyRidge, and several other exclusive communities. We also build throughout Park City, Heber City, and the greater Wasatch Back. In California, we work in Bel Air, Brentwood, Malibu, and Pacific Palisades.
Do you do remodels and renovations?
Yes. We bring the same precision and transparency to luxury remodels that we apply to ground-up builds. Kitchen, bath, addition, or full gut renovation — we treat every project with the same level of detail.
